About Support Report
I never thought I’d end up in support and I really just kind of stumbled into it, working my way up from a call centre agent into various management positions, more about that here.
I’m now firmly in the school of thought that sees support as a career, I’ve made 8 years out of it so far and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon – that’s why I’ve started Support Report.
I’ve been lucky to gain a lot of knowledge and it’s awesome to be able to pass that on, and I hope that this site will help. I also love the opportunity to learn from others as things change all the time in support and there’s always some new technique or methodology to learn about.
